Returns & Exchanges

Here at Select Fitness, we are committed to providing you with the right products. We sincerely hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to repair or exchange it for you. Or, failing this, offer you a refund.

We do require notification of any goods you wish to return, for whatever reason. Please contact us at info@select-fitness.co.uk or telephone 01622 673251, stating your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. We will refund the price of the good(s) in full. However, any delivery costs are non refundable and any goods returned to us are at your own cost. All goods returned must be in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.

If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days upon receipt of the goods. We will notify you of the refund via email.

Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at info@select-fitness.co.uk or telephone 01622 673251, stating your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations must be made within 7 days from the order date. We will refund the price of the good(s) in full. However, if you have already received the order, in part or full, any delivery costs are non-refundable and any goods returned to us are at your own cost. All goods returned must be in a resalable condition and in the original packaging. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods, whilst in your possession and they remain your responsibility until we have received them back in full. If you fail to comply with this we may have a right to take action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods returned.

Faulty or damaged goods

We endeavour to supply goods in a perfect condition and free from any defects. If you find that any of the goods you receive from us are faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible at info@select-fitness.co.uk or telephone 01622 673251. We will arrange to collect the faulty goods, at no cost to you, and once the goods are back in our possession and have been examined by us, we will either replace the goods or refund you in full and will notify you of this via email.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
